encounter with Lake's music were his Arista-Novus
releases, the seminal late &lt;a
 href="http://www.onefinalnote.com/features/2000/wildflowers/"&gt;70s
Wildflowers series&lt;/a&gt;, and his work as a founding member of the &lt;a
 href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Saxophone_Quartet"&gt;World
Saxophone Quartet&lt;/a&gt;. Lake's restless creativity has led to
contributions across many musical styles and mediums, including dance,
